Jonathon Meredith-Smith Chief Financial Officer & Joint Company Secretary
Jonathon is the Chief Financial Officer of d2 and has more than 10 years' experience in managing the finance, reporting and compliance obligations of large national businesses in the IT, retail and telecommunications industries.
Before becoming the CFO of d2, Jonathon oversaw the growth of The Smart Group from a turnover of approximately $7 million to $24 million in 2007. Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting from Victoria University and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA).
