Paul Tobin Non-Executive Director
Paul has more than 20 years' international experience at a senior level in corporate strategy, operations and mergers and acquisitions. His most recent executive role was as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of Computershare Ltd (ASX: CPU), a company that grew in revenue over six fold during his seven year tenure. Paul is Executive Chairman of Aussie Farmers Direct. He is Chairman of d2's Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
