Roger Sharp Executive Chairman

Roger was appointed Executive Chairman of d2 on 24 June 2009. He is the founder and Managing Director of Co-Investor Capital Partners Pty Limited, a Sydney-based strategic block investor in ASX-listed companies.

Prior to founding Co-Investor in 2004, Roger was Global Head of Technology for ABN AMRO Bank in London and before that was CEO of ABN AMRO Asia, an investment banking division of ABN AMRO Bank, based in Hong Kong.

Roger was Non-Executive Chairman of travel.com.au Limited, in which Co-Investor was the major shareholder, from 2005-08, and was instrumental in its turnaround and sale to Wotif.com Holdings Limited in 2008. He was also a Non-Executive Director of Software of Excellence International Limited, in which Co-Investor was the major shareholder from 2004-7, and was heavily engaged in its turnaround and sale to Henry Schein, Inc. in 2007.

Roger holds BA LLB qualifications from the University of Auckland, has undertaken short course studies at INSEAD, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
